If I had a dollar for every time I heard the question: “I should have found the RIGHT career path by now - I’m turning 20/30/40 this year. What’s wrong with me?”
In my professional experience, many of the beliefs and assumptions we are taught about careers are often detrimental to the careers of Neurodivergent people.
Careers founded on Strengths and Interests are the most sustainable approach for people who think differently.
